DMCA Policy for Training Scenario Aliens

At Training Scenario Aliens, we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of all sentient life forms and galactic entities. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.

We are dedicated to promptly processing legitimate claims of copyright infringement received in compliance with the DMCA. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content hosted on or accessible through our platforms, please follow the instructions below.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content available through our Training Scenario Aliens services infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works. Please include sufficient detail, such as universal registration numbers or specific trans-dimensional frequencies.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL, specific interstellar coordinates, or unique data stream identifier).
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address or subspace communication channel.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusively recognized right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the complaining party or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. (Please note: a valid galactic ID may be required for verification).

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL, subspace coordinates) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address or direct thought-projection frequency.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Training Scenario Aliens may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature. (Note: biological signatures may require contextual scanning).
